PARENT SPECTATORS FOR ALL PROGRAMS AND OFF ICE FOR STARSKATE PROGRAMS

We have recently been informed by the Township of Russell that 1 parent per skater will now be allowed to watch, regardless of program. Please see the important guidelines attached to this email.
From Monday, November 30th to December 16th there will be NO OFF ICE TRAINING for the StarSkate programs.
STARSkaters can arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their ice time (3:45 for 4:00 session, and 6:15 for the 6:30 session). Parent spectators for the STARSkate program may watch from 4:00-5:20 and 6:40-7:40 and must vacate the stands promptly and exit through the side door beside the stands while maintaining physical distancing. Parent spectators for CanSkate may watch from 5:50-6:20. ONLY 1 PARENT PER SKATER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STANDS-NO SIBLINGS ARE PERMITTED. You must answer the Skate Ontario screening questionnaire before arriving at the arena, (do not need a printed copy at this time) and sign in at arrival to the arena. Parents are NOT permitted down the hall to the change rooms. See attachments for more details.
Drop off and pick up procedures for skaters at the end of session will remain the same with exit through the south side door by the washrooms.
Our last day of skating for December will be Wednesday, December 16th. We will have our Christmas show on this day. Stay tuned for more information. Skating will resume on Monday, January 4th for all programs.

NO STAR 6-GOLD OR CANSKATE LESSONS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18TH

There will be NO lessons for the Star 6-Gold (4:00-5:30) or CanSkate sessions (5:40-6:30) on Wednesday, November 18th due to a scheduled STAR Assessment Day. There will be STAR 1-5 lessons at the conclusion of the assessments (6:30-7:50). There will not be off ice training on this day.
