STARSKATE OFF ICE TRAINING

Off Ice training classes will begin next Monday, October 16th. The planned schedule for off ice is a follows,

October 16th, October 30th, November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, December 4th, 11th and 18th.

There is no off ice class on October 23rd.

Off Ice will take place in change room 5.

The times for off ice will be as follows,

STAR 5-GOLD- 5:35pm-6:05pm

STAR 1-4 6:00pm-6:20pm

Skaters should bring running shoes for this session.

NO CLASSES MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH
